DESIGNED AROUND THE VEHICLE: TESLA CYBERTRUCK × FACEWHEELS FW-S11 20"
The Tesla Cybertruck is defined by sharp geometric surfaces, exposed stainless-steel body panels and proportions unlike those of any conventional pickup.
For this build, FACEWHEELS FW-S11 single-piece custom forged wheels were specified in Hyper Silver, using a consistent 20 × 9J fitment across the vehicle.
The objective was to introduce a wheel with enough visual strength to complement the Cybertruck’s angular body while maintaining the rugged character created by its substantial all-terrain tires. The finished setup feels technical, purposeful and distinctly individual.
STAINLESS STEEL × HYPER SILVER
The relationship between the Cybertruck’s stainless-steel exterior and the Hyper Silver wheels defines the visual foundation of this build.
Unlike a conventional painted body, the exposed stainless steel changes naturally with its surroundings. Reflections move across the flat panels, shifting the exterior from a bright silver tone in open light to a deeper industrial grey beneath the surrounding architecture.
This particular vehicle adds custom graphic artwork across the body panels. Hyper Silver supports that visual complexity without competing with it, connecting naturally with the cool metallic character of the factory stainless steel.
FACEWHEELS FW-S11 — A TECHNICAL COUNTERPOINT TO THE CYBERTRUCK
The FACEWHEELS FW-S11 combines a substantial five-spoke center with a detailed outer section that introduces depth around the perimeter of the wheel.
Its broad spoke structure gives the design the visual strength required for a vehicle of this scale. The contrasting openings and outer detailing prevent the wheel from appearing overly heavy, allowing its construction to remain clearly visible even when surrounded by the large tire sidewalls.
Against the Cybertruck’s straight lines and sharply defined wheel arches, the FW-S11 adds mechanical detail while remaining consistent with the vehicle’s industrial design language.
20 × 9J — PROPORTION WITHOUT EXCESS
The 20 × 9J specification creates a balanced relationship between the wheel, tire and Cybertruck body.
Maintaining the same dimensions at the front and rear produces a consistent side profile, while the 20-inch diameter leaves enough tire visible to preserve the truck’s rugged stance.
Rather than relying on an oversized wheel, this setup uses the combined proportion of wheel and tire to fill the Cybertruck’s angular arches. The result looks substantial without weakening the functional character of the vehicle.
HYPER SILVER DEFINES THE DETAILS
Hyper Silver gives the FW-S11 a bright metallic appearance that changes naturally under different lighting conditions.
Direct light highlights the spoke faces, stepped outer section and engraved details. Recessed areas appear slightly deeper, making the structure of the wheel easier to read from both close and distant views.
The finish also creates a deliberate connection with the Cybertruck’s stainless-steel panels. Both surfaces share a cool metallic character, but the more polished appearance of the wheels provides enough contrast to distinguish them from the body.
BUILT AROUND THE TESLA CYBERTRUCK
A successful Cybertruck wheel package depends on the complete relationship between diameter, width, tire volume and the position of the wheel beneath the geometric arches.
The FACEWHEELS FW-S11 was selected to work with those existing proportions. Its broad central structure carries the visual mass of the vehicle, while its detailed outer section introduces precision beneath the otherwise uninterrupted body panels.
Combined with the 20 × 9J sizing and substantial all-terrain tires, the setup creates a stable visual foundation from every angle.
